About the Workshop

What if you could use your tango skills to achieve smoother conversations, less conflict, and more creativity at work? In this interactive workshop, Tango Mercurio founder Sharna Fabiano introduces you to the methodology she created for her new book, Lead & Follow: The Dance of Inspired Teamwork, which translates key principles of tango improvisation into the work environment.

You’ll explore three phases of relationship building: Connection, Collaboration, and Co-Creation, and do your own dance-to-work “translation” in simple movement exercises, role-plays and small group discussions. You’ll also take home your very own signed copy of Lead & Follow. All are welcome, and tango experience is NOT required. Bring friends!
