We are honored and excited to be hosting Jonathan Saavedra & Clarisa Aragón in DC, December 14-17.
Join us for an unforgettable four days of dancing, workshops and performances.

About Jonathan & Clarisa
Precise and delicate, a couple like no other, Clarisa and Jonathan belong to a new generation of young dancers who devote themselves entirely to the art of Tango Dancing.
Crowned as "Tango de Pista World Champions" in 2015, their mission is - "to make tango a lifestyle and, through hard work and commitment to this art, being able to pass on our traditions showing how much we love what we do".
Their dancing is impeccably precise and musical. Get ready to be amazed and join us for a long weekend of inspiration, learning and fun.

7:00-8:30pm Workshop 2 - Tight spaces! How to find our dance in a full Milonga!
Secrets and tips to dance in peace with the rest of the people!

2:00-3:30pm Workshop 3 - Meeting from harmony and comfort provides a more pleasant dance.
We will work the bases that allow us to feel more free in the dance.
3:45-5:15pm Workshop 4 - At full speed!
Exercises to be more friends with speed. Sequences to help take our first steps in the variations!

2:00-3:30pm Workshop 5 - Individual technique applied to the couple
We work on the different types of embraces and axis positions.
3:45-5:15pm Workshop 6 - Ornaments?
Various exercises and ideas to fill our dance with colors. For both roles.

7:00-10:00pm Tango Mercurio's Holiday Gala Milonga!!

- Drop-ins allowed for workshops on Thursday & Friday
- Saturday & Sunday workshops will need pre-registration and will be role balanced and capped at 40 attendees in total.
- Thursday Workshop : $40 (drop-ins allowed)
- Friday Workshop : $40 (drop-ins allowed)
- Saturday-Sunday package : $150 (includes 4 workshops(6 hours), Dinner & Dialogue & Holiday Gala Milonga)
- Thursday-Sunday Package : $180 (includes all 6 workshops(9 hours), Dinner & Dialogue & Holiday Gala Milonga)
